Dr. Anh Nguyen
Dr. Anh Nguyen has been serving the Tomball / Houston northwest area since 1992. He is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the honor medical society AOA. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Dermatological Society, and Houston Dermatological Society of which he was the President in 2010.
Dr. Anh Nguyen graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston with honors. He completed his internal medicine internship at Baylor College of Medicine in 1989 and dermatology residency at the University of Iowa in 1992. Prior to medical school, he received his BS degree in mechanical engineering with highest honors. While working as an engineer from 1978 to 1982, he also earned a Master degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Dr. Anh Nguyen is the author / co-author of several publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Dr. Anh Nguyen practices both medical and surgical dermatology. He treats a wide range of skin diseases as well as skin cancers and benign skin tumors. His office also offers cosmetic procedures including IPL Fotofacial, IPL hair reduction, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing.
When not working, Dr. Anh Nguyen spends his spare time on gardening, home improvement, traveling, exercising, and music.
